These workshops – offered pro-bono as our way of giving back to the nonprofit community – are designed for nonprofits interested in ensuring their organizations’ health and vitality in a series of areas critical to nonprofit management. At each session, we’ll explore a series of “vital signs” within a clear framework, ultimately identifying areas of strength and areas of improvement for each organization.
